I have 20+ years of valuable experience as consultant, speaker, trainer, and researcher supporting non-profit leaders mobilizing resources, and raising money and turning vision into reality in more than a dozen countries.

I specialize in organizational performance and productivity with an emphasis on cultivating philanthropic gifts and stakeholder engagement. With degrees from Manchester University and the University of Alberta, along with my CFRE designation, I have an international perspective and a commitment to lifelong learning. I love mentoring, sharing my passion and knowledge and “strategically connecting people.”

As a Chartered Marketer and 20+ years’ experience guiding not-for-profit and corporate business leaders on two continents, I’m dedicated to helping you and your organization find greater meaning and success.

As a fundraising professional and a philanthropic advisor, I bring organizations and donors closer, helping them to grow together, achieve impact, and realize their mission. With 15+ years of fundraising experience and an M.A. in International Business I am excited and committed to helping organizations perform better and donors give better, for the common good.
